	Sponser an Animal

	The Humane Society has a program where you can sponser a special needs animal or an animal that has been in the Humane Societies care for some time. The Humane Society asks for a donation of $15 and we will send you a photo of the dog and thier information. This can be done as a one time thing or monthly.

	For a donation of $5,000 you can memorialize a special pet in a special way. Your gift can be used to sponsor a doggie dorm or kitty condo. An engraved plaque with your name as the donor and the name of the pet you are remembering will be displayed on the wall of the doggie dorm or kitty condo at the Almost Home Pet Adoption Center. To date, four doggie dorms have been sponsored. We have 8 more doggie dorms and 3 kitty condos awaiting sponsorship. Tax-deductible donations of $5,000 should be mailed to the Humane Society/SPCA of Nelson County, P.O. Box 85, Arrington, VA 22922. Please print the names that you wish to have engraved on the plaque and indicate whether you are sponsoring a doggie dorm or kitty condo.
