2-year-old Samuel (AKA Finnie) is a Velcro dog who needs someone to be his angel. His foster-care provider loves him but can't be home enough, and that makes Finnie worry. When he worries, he barks for someone to please come rescue him. Other dogs also make him reactive, especially if he feels trapped on a leash. We don't know what happened to this beautiful boy in his past, but he was found as a stray with multiple scabs and wounds.

The foster-care provider says Finnie doesn’t soil in the house, has had some professional training, and has been sweet as sugar with him.

Finnie's (Sammie) caretaker cannot house him for the long term. This lovable Lab needs someone who will be home or can have someone be with him, as he learns to finds safety and peace in his life.
